I'm an HCPC registered occupational therapist and coaching psychologist who's genuinely passionate about supporting individuals like yourself as they navigate through life's twists and turns. I have been working as an occupational therapist for over 15 years, with experience in fields such as primary mental health, substance misuse services, perinatal mental health, post assessment support for neurodivergent individuals and right now as Clinical Practice Lead for a self-injury service. I'm also on an exciting journey towards becoming a chartered coaching psychologist. What does that mean for you? In addition to my clinical roles, I chair the Neurodivergent Staff Network within my NHS Trust, supporting colleagues and fostering inclusion. I also co-manage a holiday letting business, gaining practical insights into entrepreneurship. Previously, I co-founded and co-directed a non-profit organisation with a friend, securing long-term lottery funding to support its growth. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a broad perspective and practical skills, which I bring to my coaching practice to support clients from a range of professional backgrounds.
